Circuit training is a form of conditioning that rapidly moves from one exercise to another.  Because you are working different muscle groups, there is no need to rest between exercises, which keeps your heart rate elevated.  Danny, a Total Health and Fitness trainer, teaches viewers some basic circuit training exercises that anyone can do.
