DRAPER, Utah (ABC 4 Utah)- It was a bittersweet goodbye this weekend for 11 Utah National Guard soldiers who left for a one-year deployment.
Tattoos have been apart of the military culture for ages. It's a badge of honor and a right of passage for where soldiers have come from and where they are going but the amount of tattoos just got lowered.
