The mayor says the economy continues to grow, house prices are strengthening and he promises to give taxpayers the most "bang for their buck."
This year he plans to spend $12.5 million to fix up some of the county's treasures Including the Clark Planetarium.
The ballet center next to the Capitol Theater will be completed.
The mayor also plans to finish most of the Jordan River Trail.
McAdams say the county will ask taxpayers to approve the Zoo, Arts and Parks tax again this year. It’s a quarter cent in taxes.
