For ten years now tattoo artist have come to the Salt Lake convention to brush up on their skills and learn new techniques. Organizers say the artists from near and far always feel welcome in the Beehive State.
"We get people that come in from Germany, Japan, all over the world and the first time they come here they're like really? They're embraced by the community, it's really good,” said Nate Drew, owner of convention.
The convention also supports those who serve. Military and law enforcement received a discount on new ink.
