Springville man with Alzheimer's missing

SPRINGVILLE, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Law enforcement officials say a Springville man who suffers from Alzheimer's Disease has been missing since Tuesday.
SPRINGVILLE, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Law enforcement officials say a Springville man who suffers from Alzheimer's Disease has been missing since Tuesday.

Police say 76-year-old Noel Critchfield was last seen in Springville on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.

Police say Critchfield suffers from Alzheimer's, Diabetes, and depression and that he took no
medication with him when he left his Springville home in a 2003 white Chevrolet Silverado extended cab pickup with Utah license plate 110 MXF.

According to police, Critchfield has green eyes, gray hair, is 5'7" tall, and weights about 170 pounds.

Police say Critchfield is known to frequent canyon areas and may also be headed to the Twin Falls or Oakley, Idaho areas.
