Safe Kids Fair hopes to decrease the number of preventable accidents

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) - Each year, thousands of children in Utah are injured in mostly preventable accidents. Just a couple of weeks ago, a toddler was killed when a TV fell off a dresser at his grandparents' house.
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) - Each year, thousands of children in Utah are injured in mostly preventable accidents. Just a couple of weeks ago, a toddler was killed when a TV fell off a dresser at his grandparents' house.

This weekend, a Safe Kids Fair will be held in Sandy to offer advice and education on how to decrease the number of those accidents.

George Sadowski, Senior Safety Specialist with the Canyon School District, previews the event.
