21-year-old Brennen Davis says he’s in crutches because of crumbling steps at the Stillwater Apartments.
“One of these bottom ones crumbled underneath me and my whole foot crumbled on the side and instantly I felt pain,” said Brennen Davis.
His aunt who lives in the building, Carey Hamilton, rushed her visiting nephew to the emergency room on Monday where they learned he fractured his left ankle. Their neighbor says a similar thing happened to him.
”Last year a step broke, I feel down and I hurt my back,” said Stillwater Apartment Renter Walter Jewppesen.
“It’s so dangerous walking down your stairs and its not even winter there’s no ice, there’s no excuse for it,” said Stillwater Apartments Renter Carey Hamilton.
