MILLCREEK, Utah (ABC 4 UTAH) - Unified Police officers are trying to find a missing 75-year-old man. Joseph "Jerry" Oplin went missing Wednesday night around 6:30 and was last seen near 3552 South Monte Verde Dr in Millcreek. His wife said he was out doing yard work and then disappeared.

Oplin is described as a white male, 5' 10", 150 pounds, grey curly hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a brown zip up sweatshirt with a hood, black rim glasses, brown and white shirt, and dark green pants.

Police worry that he won't be able to find his way back home because he has Alzheimer's. Police are asking the public for help in locating Oplin. If you have any information, please call police at 801-743-7000.
