WEBER COUNTY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - A 22-year-old man was critically injured Saturday night in West Weber after driving through two cement barricades and rolling his car.

Weber Count Sherriff's Lt. Mark Lowther said the man was driving northbound on 4300 West near West Weber when he drove through two concrete barricades at a dead end.

He then drove across two railroad track and State Highway 39 before he lost control and rolled his car.

The car was on fire when deputies arrived and they quickly extinguished the flames, Lowther said.  The man was found lying in the back seat and was flown to Ogden Regional Medical Center for treatment of an internal head injury and numerous other injuries.

Highway 39 and the railroad tracks were closed for several hours overnight while deputies investigated.  Lowther said speed was a factor and the crash remains under investigation while deputies determine if any other factors, including alcohol, were involved.
