Local man focus of documentary and helped with world record

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 Utah) - A documentary on a man from Draper who has climbed Mount Everest 21 times is debuting its trailer at the Sundance Film Festival today.

The people behind the documentary, Tiger of the Himalayas: The Apa Sherpa Story, are also being given a Guinness World Record for the first full spherical HD 360 degree video filmed on the summit of Mount Everest.

Apa Sherpa is actually an 11 time Guinness World Record holder for summitting Mount Everest 21 times
