Heroin mom didn't know about court date

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 news) - A West Valley City woman who is facing heroin charges for using a baby to cover up her drugs is accused of skipping her court date that was scheduled for Aug. 20.
SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 news) - A West Valley City woman who is facing heroin charges for using a baby to cover up her drugs is accused of skipping her court date that was scheduled for Aug. 20.

Marta Rubelcaba, 42, was arrested in Bountiful on Aug. 9 by the Weber-Morgan Narcotics Strike Force after authorities found heroin hidden behind a baby's head in her vehicle.

Rubelcaba was charged in 2nd District Court with possession with intent to distribute, which is a second-degree felony, the later freed on a $10,000 bond.
