Four hospitalized after Provo Canyon crash

PROVO CANYON, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) -- A three-vehicle collision in Provo Canyon Saturday afternoon sent four people to the hospital.
PROVO CANYON, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) -- A three-vehicle collision in Provo Canyon Saturday afternoon sent four people to the hospital.

According to the Utah Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at about 3:30 p.m. when a car collided with a minivan on U.S. Highway 189. The minivan rolled and was struck by another vehicle. The crash occurred near the entrance of Vivian Park.

UHP Sgt. Mary Kaye Lucas said four people were taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries. UHP closed two lanes on traffic on the highway while troopers investigated the crash.
