This summer the Daybreak community is celebrating its 10th anniversary.

What started with one house in South Jordan now spans more than 4,000 acres.

The community currently has more than 11,000 residents. About one out of every six new homes sold in the Salt Lake Valley is in Daybreak. Over the past several years more people have moved to Daybreak in South Jordan than to any other new- home community in Utah
