1QuartBlistered Cherry Tomatoes
2CupsPlumped Golden Raisins
1CupToasted Slivered Almonds
4EachZested Lemons
1/4CupLemon Juice
1QuartCorn, Roasted
2CupCucumber, sliced
1CupCilantro, chopped
40GramsSalt

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together
Store in the refrigerator
Mix will keep for 3 days
