Make french toast with Kneaders' Raisin Walnut Bread
Stuffed French Toast
1 loaf Kneaders Raisin Walnut Bread
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
8 oz strawberries
5 Tbsp. powdered sugar
3 eggs
½ cup milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Cut the Raisin Walnut Bread into thick slices and then cut the slices in the middle of each side, not all the way through the slice. Combine cream cheese, strawberries and powdered sugar. Fill each slice with the strawberry mixture. Alternately you can use two thinly sliced pieces of bread, with filling in between. In a small mixing bowl, whip the eggs and milk, then add the vanilla. In a shallow dish, cover the bread completely with egg mixture. Cook completely until light brown on both sides. Enjoy with fresh strawberries, powdered sugar and whipped cream.
