Lunch Recipe Five: Pear and Gorgonzola Salad

By adding fresh fruit to your salad, your taste buds will be satisfied all day long!
Pear and Gorgonzola Salad

•Ingredients for salad:
•1 handful mixed greens
•1 handful arugula
•2 pear
•¼ cup dried cranberries
•½ cup walnutes
•½ cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions for salad:
1.Combine ingredients in a bowl or plate

Ingredients for dressing:
•½ cup olive oil
•4 tbsp fruit jam
•1 tbsp salt
•1 tsp red pepper
•1 tbsp mustard
•½ cup fruit flavored vinegar (I like raspberry)
•1 tbsp white sugar
•Fresh juice of ½ lemon

Directions for dressing:
1.Blend all ingredients in blend
2.Keep in airtight container, can keep up to 3 weeks
