Crispy Brussel Sprouts

Crispy Brussels Sprouts with fish Sauce and Chili

•Brussels Sprouts- 2 Pounds
•Olive Oil- 2 TBSP

For the Sauce

•Water- 1 cup
•Fish Sauce- ½ Cup
•Brown Sugar- 2 TBSP
•Chilis- 2 Each or to taste
•Garlic- 3 TBSP
•Lime Juice- 3 TBSP

For the Slurry

•Constarch- 1 TBSP
•Wate 2 TBSP

1.Combine all of the ingredients for the chili fish sauce in a sauce pan. Bring the sauce to a simmer. Mix the cornstarch and water together to form a paste and slowly add to the sauce until the desired consistency is reached.

2.Clean the Brussels sprouts by removing the stems and cutting the Brussels in half. Heat the oil on medium high heat and sauté the Brussels until they are crispy.

3.Toss the Brussels in the chili fish sauce and serve.
