Chicken Tacos

Jessica makes fresh Chicken Tacos and Pico de Gallo
Chicken Tacos - gluten free corn tortillas recipe
6 servings
  • 2 pieces of boneless chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of Garlic powder
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 4 -6 gluten free corn tortillas
Directions
  • Seasoned the chicken with garlic powder, salt, black pepper and Worcestershire sauce. In a large skillet, add the olive oil and cook until the chicken is not longer pink, and juices run clear, 15 to 20 minutes. Meanwhile, Cook the gluten free corn tortillas on the skillet when the chicken is fully cooked cut into bite sizes.
Pico de Gallo
  • 2 Diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 1 avocado cut into small pieces
  • ½ cup of fresh Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of apple vinegar
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Mixed all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
