Breakfast Recipe Three: Berry Green Smoothie

Smoothies can contain the amount of fruits and vegetables you need in one day in just one cup. Add all the right stuff, and you'll be feeling good all morning!

Berry Green Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 3 or 4 strawberries
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
*add almonds if you like the extra crunch

  1. Add coconut water and yogurt first
  2. Then add fruit and spinach
  3. Top with flax seeds and almonds
  4. Add more water if needed
