Simple substitutes such as applesauce for oil and egg whites for water can make your breakfast a healthy and nutrient-packed way to start your morning.
- 1 cup bisquick pancake mix
- 1/2 liquid egg whites
- 2 tbsp apple sauce
- 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Caramel Toffee Fudge 100% Whey Protein (you can use any protein powder you like!)
Pour pancake batter into a mixing bowl
Add egg whites and the applesauce
Add protein powder and mix batter together
Pour batter onto medium-high heat and flip when pancake begins to form
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
Chocolate hazelnut peanut butter
