Acai berries are all the rage! This hot little power food has been featured in numerous health and fitness magazines claiming it may be one of the healthiest natural foods on the earth.

Harvested in the Rainforests of Brazil, Acai tastes like a blend of berries and chocolate. Acai is packed full of antioxidants, amino acids and essential fatty acids, the combination of these mega star nutrients help with weight-loss, increased energy, healthier skin, stronger heart, improved circulation, better concentration, reduced Cholesterol, anti-aging, cellular health, may help fight cancer, and last but not least enhanced sexual performance.

Acai Bowl

  • Frozen Acai (usually found at whole foods markets)
  • Any liquid of choice (coconut water, soy/almond/rice milk, yogurt, apple juice)
  • *Puree in blender

Top with whatever you like:

  • Banana
  • Strawberry
  • Blueberry
  • Mango
  • Pinapple
  • Granola
  • Flaked Coconut
  • Chia seeds
  • Peanut butter
  • Drizzle with Honey or Agave
