Suspects on the loose after armed robbery at 7-Eleven in South Jordan

Police are looking for information about the case

SOUTH JORDAN, Utah (ABC4) - Two males are on the loose after they robbed a 7-Eleven at 10400 S 4000 W in South Jordan around midnight on Saturday morning.

Police said the suspects aggressively waved their handguns around at others who were in the gas station, including the clerk. No one was injured.

"It’s a scary situation," said Lt. Matt Pennington with South Jordan Police.

The suspects were masked and dressed in all black. One has a medium build and the other is "a bigger guy," said Lt. Pennington.

The South Jordan Police Department doesn't have a vehicle description or security footage of the incident. They encourage anyone to come forward if they have information.

Police don't have an estimate of how much was stolen, but 7-Elevens don’t keep a lot of cash on hand.
