PARK CITY, Utah (ABC4 Utah) - The town of Park City was painted blue today, but not in the way you think.
At the Park City Market, it was the men and women of the Park City Police Department flipping burgers and hot dogs at the third annual Paint The Town Blue event.
The event gave people the chance to meet the men and women in blue.
"It is a great opportunity for us to be able to tell them thank you in times when they're not needed," Meri Ann Boxall told Good4Utah. "It's an opportunity for us to have a positive interaction and experience with our law enforcement."
All of the money raised will go to the Local Fraternal Order Of Police.
