Dan and Zona couldn't be happier that they decided to join the Total Health and Fitness 12 week challenge. Zona says, "it's nice to know I accomplished what I set out to do." Dan chimes in that all his aches and pains that he believed just came with age are gone. They are going to continue to work hard with the knowledge they took from the challenge and continue to exercise and eat healthy on their own.
Mat and April feel so much better after the challenge and love that they can see the results in each other. They both plan to continue keeping up with the plan. Mat said, "the harder you train the better the results are," and April said, "I think five to six days a week workouts are doable." They liked that the trainers at Total Health and Fitness were motivating and April says she would do it again in a heartbeat.
Checking in with our other Matt, although he suffered from an injury during the process he is happy he did the challenge and plans to do one more week to make up for the time lost. He said, "It's about quality of life." He really loved the individualization of the program. Even though he had an injury he still had a plan that was catered strictly to him.
Zona lost 21.6 pounds and 6.1 inches.
Dan lost 13.3 pounds and 4.7 inches.
April lost 18 pounds and 6.5 inches.
Mat lost 29 pounds and 5.5 inches.
Matt lost 15.7 pounds and 3.5 inches.
