SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - A fourth alleged victim took the stand on Wednesday in the preliminary hearing of Greg Peterson.
SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - A prominent GOP fundraiser will go to trial.
Late Wednesday, a judge ruled there's enough evidence against Greg Peterson to face a jury.
Peterson faces multiple felony charges including rape, sex abuse and kidnapping women.

This followed more testimony from one of the alleged victims.
The 34-year old woman struggled during her two and a half hours of testimony.

She testified that she met Peterson at a fundraiser in Draper and he asked her to go to a movie with him.

The witness told the court that during the date, her nightmare began.

“I realized we were not in Salt Lake anymore and on a different road,” she testified.

During their drive, the witness testified that Peterson grabbed her hand and attempted to touch her in other places as well.

“I said no, no, no,” she testified. “He hit me (with his hand).”

The witness testified that she and Peterson ended up at his cabin in Heber City.

At the cabin she testified that he started “...touching my breasts and he wanted me to touch his penis.”

The woman claims she did so “until he ejaculated.”

The woman paused several moments during her testimony unable to speak and appeared to be breathing heavily, but after gaining her composure she continued with her testimony.

“He said suck it hard bitch and he hit me,” she testified. “He called me a f------ slut.”

After that episode the witness testified that he grabbed a guitar and started playing it.

Moments later, the witness testified that Peterson attacked her again.

“He pulled off my pants and told me to unzip his pants,” she said.

The woman claimed Peterson raped her.

“He got on top of me and told me, ‘come on bitch, scream it louder,” she said. “I yelled louder. I was scared.”

After that episode the witness testified that Peterson went to the kitchen and grabbed cereal and offered her a bowl, and that she refused as he ate his bowl of cereal.

“I wanted to go home,” she told the court. “He wouldn’t take me.”

The witness claimed that moments later, Peterson raped her again.

“I was in so much pain,” she told the court.

The woman claimed that by early morning, Peterson agreed to take her home.

Peterson's mother testified late in the day. Jean Peterson testified that one of the victims who claims she was kidnapped and taken to her home seemed happy" during her stay at the home.

Peterson will remain in jail. His bail was raised from the current $750,000 to two million dollars.
