Baseball field begins to take light

TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (ABC 4 News) - A real "team" effort is being made to help kids play ball under the lights.
TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (ABC 4 News) - A real "team" effort is being made to help kids play ball under the lights.  The team consists of ABC 4 viewers that have given copper wiring, labor, and the lifts to fix the lights at a little league baseball field in Vista Park.

The copper wires for the lights were ripped out and stolen from the field originally, and because of budget cuts, Salt Lake County officials are unable to repair the lights.

Mark Christison, from Western State Equipment, is happy to help operate and pay for lifts to install the lights.

ABC 4 thanks Mark and all those who've taken action to help the Babe Ruth baseball league play ball longer...under the lights.
