CLEARFIELD, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) -- A Kaysville woman who was travelling with her husband and four children died after the vehicle rolled on Interstate 15 in Clearfield Saturday morning.

The family was traveling north on I-15 at around 7:43 a.m. when the driver, identified as 36-year-old Michael Riley, lost control and struck a concrete barrier in the median. The vehicle then veered to the right and went off an embankment near 650 North. The vehicle rolled several times down the embankment.

The front passenger, 35-year-old Rebecca Riley, died in the crash. Utah Highway Patrol believes her seat belt may not have been worn properly as it appeared that the shoulder strap was moved behind her. Michael Riley, her husband, was flown via helicopter to McKay-Dee Hospital in critical condition. The four children in the vehicle -- an 8-year-old girl, a 5-year-old girl, a 3-year-old boy and a 6-month-old girl -- were all taken to the hospital via ambulance with minor injuries.
