OGDEN, Utah (ABC 4 NEWS) – Two men accused in the death of a swimmer in Pineview Reservoir, in 2011, have been found guilty.

Colton Raines and Cole Boyer were found guilty for their part in the death of Esther Fujimoto.

Raines was found guilty of obstructing justice, reckless endangerment, and failure to give name and assistance at an accident.

Boyer was found guilty of obstructing justice.

The jury deliberated for about two hours, Thursday.

Fujimoto was swimming in the reservoir when Raines, Boyer and Skyler Sheppard were out boating.

Prosecutors claimed the men hit her with the boat, made only a brief attempt to check on her and then left her to die.

Shepherd was found guilty, in Decemeber 2012, of reckless endangerment, obstruction of justice and failure to render aid.
