Toddler flown to hospital after fall from second-story window

HERRIMAN, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) - A 3-year-old was air lifted to the hospital Tuesday evening after a fall from a second story window in Herriman.

It happened on Entrada Lane in Herriman.

The child's mother took the 3-year-old to her pediatrician's office in South Jordan where the child was later air lifted to Primary Children's Hospital.

Unified police say the 3-year-old awoke from a nap, pushed on a window screen and fell to the driveway. 

The toddler's condition was initially described as serious, but has been upgraded to good.
