Utahns to rally for Medicaid expansion for those dealing with mental health, substance abuse problems

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) - Hundreds of Utahns will gather Thursday on Capitol Hill. They’re calling for a Medicaid expansion to help those dealing with mental health and substance abuse problems.
