SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) - Sporadic snowy conditions made for some wet roads Friday morning as The Utah Department of transportation prepares for a weekend storm.
"I’m glad I'd like to have something to drink this summer,” said Aaron Glazier a Salt Lake resident. Glazier tells ABC 4 Utah this winter has been too mild, and he's looking forward to some snow fall.

Meanwhile, UDOT is out prepping roads for drivers. "We've prepared for this we've known that it’s going to take place for the last few days so we've been doing some pre-treatments in the mountain areas an we'll be on the storm until all the snows cleared out.”

John Gleason with UDOT says in preparation for the storm they will have valley crews moving to the mountain areas making sure the roads are clean for the weekend.
