Two people burned at Tooele County plant

TOOELE COUNTY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Two people were burned in an industrial accident in Tooele County early Friday morning. Emergency crews and medical helicopters were called in for the two injured but authorities have not released the extent of their injuries. The accident took place at US Magnesium.

The two injured are in their 30s and 40s. One of them is a supervisor with over 20 years of experience at the plant. The explosion took place in some equipment inside the plant which caused hot steam to come out and burn the workers on their faces and chest.
