Riverton, Skyline win soccer state championships

SANDY, Utah (ABC 4 Sports) - Nate Jensen, Hunter Kone and Sheldon Martineau each scored goals as Skyline High cruised to the 4A boys soccer championship, defeating Logan 3-0.

Will DeSantis was brilliant in goal for the Eagles, stopping every shot he saw. 

This is Skyline's first boys soccer title ever.

In the 5A title game, Nick Tanner scored the only goal of the contest as Riverton beat Fremont 1-0.

Parker Seegmiller recorded his 12th shutout of the season as the Silverwolves won its first state title in school history.
