PARK CITY, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) - With the land dispute between Park City Mountain Resort and Talisker still going strong, many are wondering if PCMR be open for the ski season?

Wednesday PCMR started a petition.

They’re asking people to sign it and prevent the mountain from being divided.

Talisker owns much of the resort's upper terrain, but PCMR owns the base and lifts.

Right now, both sides are in mediation.

They have until August 24 to strike a deal.
