Mother's Day Treats

Chef Bernard Gotz from Little America Hotel stops by with some tips when you're trying to whip up something for mom this Mother's Day. He also tells us about the hotel's Sunday Brunch this week.


Crepe batter

Makes 20 each

All-purpose flour   8 oz.

Whole milk    1 ¾ cup

Orange juice    ¾ cup

Eggs blended   ¾ cup

Canola oil    ¼ cup

Blend all ingredients and let rest for 2 hours

Pour little oil in sauté pan and bring to med heat and pour in 2 oz. of batter

Cook crepes to a very light color on each side
