Makes 20 each
All-purpose flour 8 oz.
Whole milk 1 ¾ cup
Orange juice ¾ cup
Eggs blended ¾ cup
Canola oil ¼ cup
Blend all ingredients and let rest for 2 hours
Pour little oil in sauté pan and bring to med heat and pour in 2 oz. of batter
Cook crepes to a very light color on each side
