Man arrested, accused of trying to run over cyclist

PRICE, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) - Price police have arrested a man accused of trying to run over another man with his jeep twice.

Matthew Thatcher is now facing attempted murder charges.

Police say Thatcher was driving with his girlfriend when he saw a man riding his bike.

They say Thatcher had an ongoing problem with the man, so he hit him

Then when the man tried to run, police say Thatcher hit him again.

The man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
