WASHINGTON COUNTY, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) - All the rain from a Monday evening storm caused problems for homeowners in Washington City.

You can see the mud and water in this video. The community came together to help keep it all out of one of the homes.

In some cases there was enough water on the roads to force police to shut them down while it was drained.

Luckily there was only slight damage to homes.
“There were some reports received of some minor standing water in homes. At this time I don't have the extent of that, but it's probably pretty minimal from what we've had reported,” said Ed Kantor with Washington City Police Department.

With the storm now moving north here’s a reminder. If you are out and about when rain comes down like this try and stay out of any low-lying areas and if you aren't sure if your car will clear any standing water on roads, take it safe and find an alternate route.
