SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4 Utah) - The debate over Senate Bill 100, better known as the Anti Discrimination Bill has gone silent among Utah lawmakers, but supporters are speaking louder than ever. Governor Gary Herbert talks about his thoughts on the Anti Discrimination Bill and why he questions the need for a state wide law.
