Four arrested in connection with body found in burning Price house

PRICE, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) - Four people have now been arrested in connection to a body found in burned down house in Price.

On Tuesday, the body of Brian Swink was found in the basement of a home that was on fire near 423 South and 200 West.

Originally police arrested James Pendleton.

After doing interviews he's now being charged with aggravated assault and kidnapping.

They believe he kidnapped Swink and tied him up in the basement.

Over the last two days police have also arrested Amee Aerett, Ashley Platt and Michael Dees.

They all face various charges ranging from aggravated kidnapping to obstruction of justice.

The investigation is ongoing and police say more charges are still possible.
