If you love Asian food and culture, tomorrow you've got head out to the 37th annual Utah Asian Festival. It’s being held at the South Towne Expo Center.

But we got a sneak preview Friday.

The Asian Festival began in 1977 when an influx of Southeast Asian refugees began settling in Utah.

The festival was to introduce the majority population to these new minority groups. The Chinese, Japanese and Korean communities pooled their resources together for this historic event.

Agnes Hibley and her crew are busily preparing for tomorrow’s event.

She talks more about why they participate in the event.
