A Park City entrepreneur will get his moment in the spotlight Sunday when he appears on ABC’s “Shark Tank”.

Christian Schauf will be showing the Sharks “The Seventy2”. It’s the first fully-integrated 72 hour survival system. Schauf found that other survival kits can be misleading, so he created Uncharted Supply Co., a lineup of survival kits that are simple and sleek. Including "The Seventy2".

“95% of all survival situations are resolved within 72 hours, but the first 72 hours are extremely critical. Having the right gear can mean the difference between life and death,” he said. Schauf said they worked closely with first responders, doctors, special forces operators, mountain guides and other experts to develop The Seventy2.

“We are afraid to admit it but most of us aren’t prepared; and we owe that to ourselves and most importantly our friends and families,” Schauf explained. The Seventy2 is $349 and is a compact bag that can be used as a floatation device.

Find out if Christian gets the offer he’s hoping for Sunday, October 1st at 7 p.m.
