West Valley woman fights off four men as they assault her then steal her car

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (ABC4 News) - A woman fought off four men as they assaulted her before stealing her car Saturday morning in West Valley City. 

Lt. Jeff Conger said the incident happened at 4 a.m. near 4660 West 4000 South. The  woman walked out of her residence and got into her car that was parked in her driveway. As she started to back out she was approached by four males in their late teens.

The woman refused to get out of her car so one of the suspects pulled her out and took her to the back of the car. Once at the back of the car, the victim told police another suspect said to open the trunk and put her inside it. The victim said she started to fight back and scream for help. After throwing the victim on the ground, the men got into her car and took off.

Conger said the woman received scrapes and bruises but did not require medical treatment.

Police are now looking for her 2006 Grey Nissan Altima. The only description of the men is; four Polynesian males in their late teens or early 20's.
