West Valley man killed in West Haven motorcycle crash

WEST HAVEN, Utah (ABC4 Utah)- A 49-year-old man died while riding a motorcycle Saturday after a rental moving truck abruptly pulled in front of the group he was riding with.

Police say Scott Robinson of West Valley was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, 800 West 2100 South, Saturday just before 3 p.m.

Officials say a rental moving truck attempted to make a U-turn on 2100 South. As a result Robinson and another rider had to lay down their bikes to avoid the truck.

The second rider, a 44-year-old male was transported to the hospital with serious injuries, but he is expected to survive.
