Wallace Shawn, Michael Cudlitz Announced for Salt Lake Comic Con FANX17
Salt Lake Comic Con FanX is rapidly approaching and the perfect holiday gift for the nerd in your life could be a pair of tickets!
Co-founder Dan Farr shares some exciting news about two special guests coming to FanX17.
Wallace Shawn and Michael Cudlitz will be at Salt Lake Comic Con FanX on March 17-18, 2017.
Wallace is an actor, voice actor, comedian and playwright and is best known for his role as Vizzini in The Princess Bride and Ezra in The Haunted Mansion. His voice roles include Rex in the Toy Story franchise, Gilbert Huph in The Incredibles and Calico in Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore.
Cudlitz played Abraham Ford in The Walking Dead and Sergeant Denver "Bull" Randleman in Band of Brothers. Over the course of his career, he's appeared in more than 60 TV shows and more than 20 feature films. He's also done voice work for video games, including Call of Duty 2: Big Red One, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty 3: Modern Warfare.
The Walking Dead TV series is based on the comic book series where a deputy sheriff wakes up from a coma to discover the earth has been overrun by zombies. The sheriff unites with other survivors, including Cudlitz's character to survive in the post-apocalyptic world. Cudlitz appeared in the series from 2014 - 2016.
"The Walking Dead is always one of our fans' favorite TV shows and The Princess Bride is one of the all-time classics," said Dan Farr, Salt Lake Comic Con Founder and Show Producer. "Our fans will love the opportunity to meet and get up close and personal with both Shawn and Michael to relive their favorite lines, roles and scenes with them."
Organizers say the goal of FanX 2017 is to provide fans with an intimate, fun, family-oriented, unique, and even more affordable FanXperience for attendees.
