Utah guardsman accused of abusing two girls

WEBER COUNTY, Utah (News4Utah) – A Utah National Guardsman is accused of sexually abusing two girls.

Eric Gordon Fell, 38, was arrested Wednesday and faces two counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child.

The was booked into the Weber County Jail. His bail has been set at $63,000.

The Utah National Guard released the following statement after the arrest:

“Alleged behavior such as this is disturbing, not in keeping with the values of the National Guard, and is not tolerated in our formations. We will support law enforcement, as appropriate, in support of the legal proceedings while ensuring the member's due process rights. Any further potential administrative or adverse action will be pending the results of the civilian proceedings.”
