DAVIS COUNTY, Utah (ABC4 Utah) Winter weather affected travel on Highway 89 in Davis County Monday afternoon.
Southbound Highway 89 was shut down in South Weber.
Davis County Sheriff's Office says about 20 vehicles and a semi blocked traveling lanes in the area.
Southbound Hwy 89 was reopened around 4 p.m., but ask that motorist use "extreme caution" while driving.
