Six years ago, Mohammad Ali Mohammad was 14 years old when he raped one woman and forced her at knife point to drive to an ATM to withdraw money.
He was later caught by police when he confessed to raping another woman the night before. After serving time in juvenile detention, he will be released from prison.
Tuesday, a judge sentenced the now 20-year-old to 5 years of probation on several conditions like he must wear an ankle monitor with a GPS tracker, register as a sex offender and follow a strict curfew.
