Porch pirates beware: Utah business now makes 'Porch Lockers'

FARR WEST, Utah (News4Utah) - Porch pirates -- people who steal packages from doorsteps -- are a common fact of modern life, which is why a Utah company is hoping they can help.
Aaron Munn helped start The Porch Locker, a business that creates custom lockers that get anchored to your porch.
"If they see one of these, it's like a locked car," said Munn from his garage on Wednesday afternoon.
Part of what makes their lockers unique? Their size; each locker fits multiple packages and is customized to fit your exterior home decor.

The mailman gets a security code for the key pad on the locker, then types it in and drops off the package inside the locker.
Lockers from The Porch Locker start at $350.
