Hazmat crews respond to chemical spill at SLC airport

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (News4Utah) Fire units and hazmat crews are responding to Salt Lake City International on chemical spill.

Airport officials say 130 gallons of a roofing adhesive was spilled in a contained area by a contractor working on site.

Crews are working to clean up the spill. Officials say the spill is away from the terminals and it is not impacting airport operations.
